To begin creating your own character, click the “Create Character” button.
Before designing your character and picking your main weapons, you will need to choose a philosophy. The philosophy will be your associated faction in the Dragon Sky war. Check out the Faction page for more information on philosophies.
On this screen you will be able to design your character and pick their main weapon. You can learn other martial arts styles and weapons as you progress through the game, but your original choice will affect your starting experience.
NPCs that have an Exclamation Point above their head have a quest available for you. You just need to talk to that NPC to find out the details of the quest.

Upon Quest completion, you can locate the correct NPC to speak with to complete the quest by using your map. (Access the map by pressing M) The NPCs which need to talk to you will be highlighted.
There are many social elements of DragonSky, ranging from competitive teamwork to just goofing off with friends. Some of the most common communication methods are found below.

When clicking on another player you will receive a list of options at the top of the screen.
Once a player is inside of your group, several options become available.

Game Sages are the volunteers of Aeria Games. This team of leaders, contributors, and role models help the staff support the game in many ways. Game Sages are denoted by the [GS] tag in front of their name.
